International Billing Address Instructions
To place an order from an international billing address, please enter your information following the example below:
1. Use the second billing address line for your City and Country.
2. Enter your city name and leave state as Minnesota.
3. Put in any 5 digit number for a zip code.
4. We can only accept a 10 digit phone number, so if yours is too long, enter all 5's and include it in the Special Instructions area of the order form.
