Guarantee and Return Policy

Exchanges and Returns:
Bachman�s will gladly accept all exchanges and returns, if accompanied by a valid receipt within 90 days of purchase.

Honoring Sales Prices:
Bachman's will adjust the retail price of a customer's purchase in the following instance:

By presenting a valid sales receipt during the sale/promotion for merchandise purchased within seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the sale/promotion, a customer may receive an adjustment between the regular price and the sale/promotional price.

We will not make price adjustments for products purchased after the last day of a sale/promotion.

Bachman's has been providing top quality floral, gift, and garden products for more than 100 years. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will cheerfully replace it or refund or adjust your purchase price, upon proof of purchase*, subject to the following Limited Warranties.

Proof of purchase includes a receipt and the actual product. If the item is a gift and no receipt is available, in most cases the return will be accepted; a check or gift certificate will be mailed within 14 days. However, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund without a receipt.

Quantity Discount Policy:

BACHMAN’S FLORAL, GARDEN, GIFT, AND HOME PRODUCT LINES
The discounts outlined below are applicable to all Bachman’s floral, garden, gift, and home décor product lines, with the exception of those items listed as “exclusions” in Section B. By revising this policy, we hope to encourage multiple-unit sales to our business clients and individual customers. All questions should be directed to the Acting Store Manager.

CRITERIA FOR DISCOUNTS:
Quantity Discount is not valid with other coupons or discounts.

Regular priced merchandise only - sale merchandise does not qualify for further discount without buyer and manager approval.

Quantity/volume discounts will apply when a customer purchases ten or more of similar/like items retailing at $20.00 each or more. (Ex.: 10 assorted vases, or
10 assorted wall art, or 10 Home Furnishing items or 10 assorted shrubs or 10 assorted evergreens, or 10 assorted roses.)

This limited warranty is valid if you are the original purchaser and have followed our planting, maintenance, and winter protection instructions. Plant failures must be reported within a one-year period from date of delivery. Your account must be current and proof of purchase* is required.

Bachman's Limited Subcontracting Warranties
The warranty for this work is separate from the Bachman's Limited Warranty on plantings. Following is the warranty information pertaining to the subcontracted work should a portion of your landscape order be placed with Bachman's to be scheduled or installed by one or more of our subcontractors. Your landscape designer will coordinate the installation of your project and can answer any questions regarding the scheduling or warranties.
We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and hope you enjoy your outdoor landscaping for years to come.

Limited Sprinkler System Warranty
All sprinkler systems are warranted for one year against all defects, including labor and materials. This warranty excludes all damage of the system due to abuse or misuse. Any manufacturer's warranty for material beyond the one year period will be honored for the product. No other warranties are made as to sold system.
A copy of the manufacturer's warranty for the sprinkler components is available upon request.
In addition, Bachman's subcontractor will winterize the system the first fall and turn the system on the following spring.

Limited Concrete Warranty
All concrete surfaces are warranted for one year to remain free of defects due to poor workmanship performed or defective materials installed during the construction period. This warranty includes surface spalding, topping delamination, noticeable color change, grout failure or delamination of the sealer. This warranty does not include chipping due to damage by equipment, spalding due to the use of de-icing salt, cracks from frost or ground movement or normal sealer wear or weathering, or any other warranty not included above.

Limited Modular Block Warranty
Bachman's, Inc. warrants, for a period of two (2) years, the workmanship and materials used by it in the installation of modular block walls and will furnish all labor and materials required to correct the same during said period, subject to the following exceptions: Bachman's is not responsible for any settlement of subgrade not installed by Bachman's including, but not limited to, buried decomposable material, foundation material around buildings, sewer and water trenches and/or settling caused by heavy equipment driving or operating adjacent to the wall. Concrete is susceptible to damage by road salt or salt used for melting snow. Bachman's is not responsible for deterioration of blocks due to salt damage. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, written or oral.

Limited Interlocking Paver Warranty
Bachman's warrants, for a period of five years from the date of installation, all labor and materials required to correct any defect in the workmanship or materials used in the installation of paver stone surfaces, subject to the following exceptions:

Bachman's is not responsible for any settlement of subgrade not installed by Bachman's contractor. Examples of such excluded conditions include, but are not limited to, foundation backfill around buildings, sewer and water trenches or other areas constructed over soil that has been placed or compacted by others less than 12 months prior to the installation of the paver stone surface. Bachman's also will not be responsible for any damage resulting from any act of God such as flooding, storm damage, etc. or any type of vandalism.

You may elect, at the time of ordering the work to be done, to purchase an extended warranty for a period of an additional five years. This can be done for a cost of ten percent of the total amount of the original contract price and must be paid in full at the time of the original payment. All terms and conditions of the original warranty shall apply to the extended warranty.

Limited Sod/Seed Warranty
All sod, seed and topsoil are guaranteed to be true to name. Bachman's will resupply once at no charge any sod or seed which fails to grow through the first thirty days. Labor to re-sod or seed is not included. This warranty is valid provided that you follow proper maintenance procedures as instructed and report any failures within the warranty period.

Limited Timber Work Warranty
Bachman's warrants that there will be no shifting or heaving of timber walls due to structural integrity for a period of two (2) years after installation and no major settling of the backfill behind the wall. This warranty does not include rot or pest infiltration, variations inherent in wood and the treatment process, settling of the wall due to foundation soil movement and marring of surfaces due to hard or sharp objects.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, written or oral.

Limited Deck and Fence Warranty
For a period of one year, Bachman's warrants against major cracking and splitting of wood surfaces due to nailing, extraordinary warping, nail popping, rot and mildew. This warranty does not include variations in wood color due to the wood or the treating process, uneven fading of wood, normal checking and shrinking of wood or marring of surfaces due to hard/sharp objects, or any other warranty not included above.

Limited Boulder Work Warranty
For a period of one year, Bachman's warrants that all boulder work will not shift or dislocate due to poor fit, and that major settling of the soil will not occur behind the wall. This warranty does not include color variations of boulders, mild chipping or spalding, which is common to boulders, nor does it include shifting and settling due to foundation soil movement or minor shifting of the soil through the face of the wall, or any other warranty not included in the above.
