The flowers I ordered didn't look like the picture on your site, why?

There are a couple of possible reasons for this....specific floral varieties or colors may not always be available or meet Bachman's standards. We may substitute flowers or containers. Secondly, when an item is delivered outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area we use an FTD florist to fill your order. They, too, may substitute flowers or containers as needed.
