A few weeks ago, I ordered a dozen roses for my girlfriend. They arrived on Thurs, and by Fri they were wilting. After following the "revival" instructions that came along, the roses still drooped. I called Customer Service to get some advice/help on saving the roses. Without my ever asking, the woman I spoke to volunteered to send a NEW dozen roses out for me, free of charge! Those roses arrived and have since opened up beautifully, without ANY problems! Now THAT is Customer Service! It's an unfortunately rare experience to get treated to good service, so I was very pleasantly surprised. All my flower and plant purchases will be from Bachman’s!

When I order flowers, I always go through Bachman’s. I've looked at other flower websites, but always return to Bachman’s. Every recipient praises the arrangements.

I ordered on-line and was pleased to have a Bachman's representative follow up with a phone call explaining that although they did not have the color I requested, a substitution would be made so the delivery would still be made on time. Good customer service.

My recipient was very, very pleased with the roses I sent. She emailed me a digital picture of them.... so I saw for myself how lovely they were. Bachman's was also prompt on delivery. A very good experience all the way around.

Being from Minnesota, I am partial to Bachman’s but they are always efficient and have the best flower value for the dollar. Their quality is unsurpassed and they are always so cooperative with my last minute orders. Too bad they don't have a Bachman’s in Washington state or Oregon!

It was very good one-day service and the flowers lasted very long in a vase that is not tacky!! (That’s a new one for delivered flowers!) Great quality for the price that was paid.
