Patrick's Bakery & Cafe at Bachman's
on Lyndale
is open during the same hours as our Lyndale location
making it a convenient and
delightful stop for a snack or breakfast, lunch
and dinner.
Along with delectable pastries and desserts, Patrick's
offers homemade quiches, sandwiches, soups, salads,
and assorted beverages, including wine.
The cafe features an amazing selection of Patrick Bernet's
made-fresh daily selections of French breads, baguettes, country
bread, 7-grain breads, petites and grandes boules; and speciality
breads like Tomato Provencal and Roasted Red Pepper. Croissants,
pain au chocolat, apricot soleil and glistening pineapple
danish (Patrick's personal favorite) will be available every
day. The individual pastries offered are irresistible. You'll
find wonderful standards, like eclairs, napoleons, fruit tarts
and creme brulees, and tantalizing Patrick's specialties that
are beyond description, including the Trilogy Chocolate cake,
Feuillantine Pralinee and Tiramisu.
In addition to eat-in meals,
Patrick's Bakery & Cafe will also accept fax orders for box lunches.
An assortment of sandwiches, quiches, chips and cookies will be
available.

ABOUT PATRICK AND AZITA
BERNET
Patrick, a classically trained baker and patissier, is one
of 23 pastry chefs, selected from hundreds of professionals,
who competed in March, 2004 in the U.S. Pastry Competition
for "Pastry Chef of the Year" in New York City where he placed
in the top 10. He began his career at age 13 and has worked
in numerous five-star hotels in the south of France and was
also the pastry instructor at the Cordon Bleu in Paris. It
was while he was teaching at the Cordon Bleu that he met Azita,
who was studying for her Grand Diplome in Pastry.
