How do I enroll?
Sign up by providing your name, phone number, and email address in stores or at Bachmans.com. (When registering online, please allow 48 hours to get added to our store system.) From that point forward, identify yourself as a Purple Perks member when shopping in stores. Your phone number is your Perks ID.

*Retail customers at Bachman's six Floral, Gift & Garden Centers, Cedar Acres, and U.S. Bank Plaza are eligible to become Purple Perks Members. Commercial, Wedding, Hardscapes, Landscape, and Delivery Services, Special Events, Nursery/Wholesale, Tickets, or Special Order purchases are ineligible for additional Purple Perks discounts, point accrual on purchases, or extended warranties. Bachman’s employees are eligible to earn and redeem loyalty dollars. The employee discount can be used in conjunction with the redemption of loyalty dollars.
Why should I join Purple Perks?
We want to reward our regular shoppers! This rewards program allows us to set special prices, send exclusive messages and invites, and see our regular customers’ purchases so that we can offer specific deals and resources relevant to you. And it’s free!
How do I earn a reward?
For every $200 you spend during earn periods, you receive a $5 reward!
When are the earn periods?
Earn all year long! The point accrual periods are broken into 4 quarters during the following months:
1. January, February, and March
2. April, May, and June
3. July, August, and September
4. October, November, and December
When are the redemption periods?
Redeem your loyalty dollars reward during the three month periods of January-March, April-June, July-September and October-December.
How will I be notified of a reward?
A communication will be sent to your e-mail address informing you of your reward. The reward will automatically be assigned to your Purple Perks Account. At time of purchase, you must identify yourself as a Purple Perks Member with your telephone number. Rewards expire 3 months after date of issue.
If I am already an eClub member, am I automatically a Purple Perks member?
No. The eClub program has ended, and the new program requires you to enroll.
Why can’t you just use my eClub email address to sign me up?
We need more than an email address to start your rewards account. Your full name, telephone, and address are also important, to help look-ups and avoid duplicate accounts.
Why should I give you my email address?
We are using email communication as the primary way to share the latest perks.
Can I opt out?
Yes, if you decide you do not want to receive emails from us, you can opt out of receiving that communication by clicking “Update Profile” at the bottom of any email we send, and still be a rewards member with limited perks.
Can’t I just click “SafeUnsubscribe”?
Yes, you can, but that will permanently put you on Bachman’s Do Not Mail list, and prevent us from sending any email communication, even outside the rewards program.
Why do you need my phone number?
Your Perks ID is your phone number, so that’s how we set up and track your account. We will not use this number for marketing, or sell it to other parties.
Can multiple members in my family use the same telephone number?
We encourage Perks members to use their unique cell phone number, but spouses or other family members may share a Purple Perks account using the same number and name as identification.
Do I have to enroll now?
No. You can sign up at any time in-store or online by filling out a short form. Please allow 48 hours to get into our system when signing up online. In-store is instant.
Can I get the Purple Perks pricing the same day I sign up?
Yes, once you register in store, your purchases will be flagged as Purple Perks, and the discount prices will be given.
Will I receive or need to show a membership card?
No, a card or other material is not needed to prove your account. Your telephone number is your Perks ID, and simply needs to be provided when checking out in store.
Are there Purple Perks prices on the website as well?
Most discounts for Purple Perks members will be in-store only (Garden Centers and US Bank). We may occasionally email our Perks members an exclusive Web discount code.
How do I find out what items have special Purple Perks prices each week?
A monthly “Beautiful Living” e-newsletter will list special prices. Weekly and seasonal e-mails may also provide exclusive pricing, sales and event information for Purple Perk Members.
Do I have to keep my receipt to get the extended product warranty?
A receipt is not required, as our new system will track your purchases when you identify yourself at the register, but it is always helpful.
Are any customers excluded from Purple Perks discounts?
Yes. Loyalty points cannot be earned with Commercial, Wedding, Hardscapes, Landscape, and Delivery Services, Special Events, Nursery/Wholesale, Ticket, or Special Order purchases. Gift Card purchases do not accrue points during earn periods.
